LOCA test device of safety level equipment of nuclear power stations
 

☆Functional introduction
    The LOCA test rig of safety level equipment of nuclear power stations is used for simulating the DBA environment conditions of AP/CAP series nuclear power plants, including: the most severe assumed design basis accident environment of high-energy pipe breakage, such as the large break loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA) with breakage of both ends of main pipe of coolant system inside the containment vessel (01 environment area) of nuclear power plants; the main steam line breakage (MSLB) accident inside the containment vessel (01 environment area) of nuclear power plants; the main steam line breakage (MSLB) accident in the 05 and 10 environment areas outside the containment vessel of nuclear power plants; , etc.
☆Instruments and equipment
    The LOCA test stand consists of steam system, test bin system, dosing circulating system, compressed air system, triple-fault-tolerance DCS control system, rapid data acquisition system , etc. The device includes totally three test bins and it is able to meet the test requirements of different types and specifications of equipment.

    Spraying function: The chemical spraying function can be executed in the test process.   
    The test capability possessed by the device comprehensively covers the LOCA qualification test requirements of AP/CAP series nuclear power equipment. It can realize the transient process of initial temperature peaking at 130℃/s. With the qualification of the Machinery Industry Federation, it reaches the worldwide advanced level.
